How to Block Google DNS on Bell 2wire Router

  1. Log in to the router using the Management and Diagnostic Console
  2. Make sure that the Primary and Secondary DNS is set to 192.184.82.241 and 168.235.70.182
  3. Then go to “Static Routes" under "Advanced"
  4. Add a static route
    Subnet IP: 8.8.8.8
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
    Gateway IP: Any valid local IP
    Remember to press “Add”
    Repeat for 8.8.4.4
